Teaching Program
The primary focus of our Teaching Program is preparing members for the Rapture.
It is not enough to know the Word of GOD if you do not have right understanding of the Word. The Pharisees knew the Word but did not have spiritual understanding of the Word they were teaching and practicing. As a result, they rejected their SAVIOUR and went into eternity without GOD.
A similar situation is playing out in these end times when we see the mess some Christians have made with such beautiful and liberating concepts as grace, faith and love. For example, some think it is ‘love’ not to ‘judge’ sinful behaviour or grace absolves us from full responsibility (death – everlasting separation from GOD) for unrepented sin. Others passionately believe that faith and obedience (works) are mutually exclusive.
Our Teaching Program is therefore based on Jeremiah 3:15 and aims to impart knowledge as well as understanding. Scriptures are employed to interpret Scriptures. No Scripture is used to contradict any Scripture, but the full counsel of GOD is emphasised. The objective is to acquire the wisdom founded on the fear of GOD and hatred for sin which are necessary to live in holiness. In this way, we prepare ourselves for the imminent event of the Rapture of the holy Church of CHRIST.
The Rapture
We believe that the Rapture is the imminent, premillennial return of Jesus Christ for His holy church when the dead in Christ shall be raised in glorified bodies, and those living in holiness shall be transformed into glorified bodies without tasting death and get caught up in the air with the Lord JESUS. We believe that the absolute criterion to be part of the Rapture and the Wedding Feast of the Lamb is a life of holiness and repentance, that only Christians who died in holiness or who are living in holiness at the moment of the Rapture will be part of the Raptured Church (1Th 4:13-17; Rev 16:15; Rev 19: 6-9; Heb 12:14).
The First Resurrection
We believe that those Christians, who miss the Rapture, go through the tribulation but refuse to take the mark of the beast may be martyred for their faith. These Christians will be resurrected to reign with CHRIST for a thousand years when JESUS returns at the end of the seven years tribulation (Rev 20:1-6). Rev 20:4 … Also I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded for the testimony of Jesus and for the word of God, and those who had not worshiped the beast or its image and had not received its mark on their foreheads or their hands. They came to life and reigned with Christ for a thousand years. Rev 20:5 The rest of the dead did not come to life until the thousand years were ended. This is the first resurrection. Rev 20:6 Blessed and holy is the one who shares in the first resurrection! Over such the second death has no power, but they will be priests of God and of Christ, and they will reign with him for a thousand years.
The Second or Final Resurrection
According to Rev 20:7-15, this resurrection occurs after the 1,000 year reign of CHRIST. The dead will be raised to face the Great White Throne Judgement. Each person will be judged according to their deeds and those not found in the Book of Life cast into the lake of fire.
From the above events, we believe the best choice is for Christians to live in absolute repentance and holiness in preparation for the Rapture. The persecution of Christians during the tribulation will make it very difficult for many of the believers who miss the Rapture to be faithful to the end.
We believe the above explanation justifies an unflinching focus on preparing the church for the Rapture.
